DogTown Grooming was established by Candice Pool & Jaime-Lee Armstrong in 2013. With an undeniable love for dogs, we decided to combine all of our passion, dreams & ideas and transform them into a business. After years of research, studies and training, DogTown Grooming was formed. We are dedicated to providing a positive, stress free grooming experience for both dog & owner in a safe & fun loving environment.

At DogTown Grooming, we encourage the dogs to have some play time before their groom. There is a fully secure outdoor area, as well as individual pens for dogs that prefer some quiet time. Regardless of breed, shape or size, we always take the time to get to know every dog. Whether it be some active play time, a walk around the studio to help familiarise with the surroundings or just some calm, reassuring cuddles, we understand that each dog has individual needs and we tailor every grooming session to suit the dog. It is our promise to treat every dog with unconditional kindness, care & respect.

Upon entering our studio for the first time, we request that every owner completes our Client Information form so that we are aware of the dogs history/tendencies/sensitivities in order to make the dog as comfortable as possible during the grooming process. We appreciate that it can be a daunting process for your dog to visit the groomers, but we make it our objective for your dog to look forward to seeing us, as much as we look forward to seeing them.
