Please know that during your pets stay, if there are ANY concerns at all regarding their health or well-being we will contact you or the nominated person to inform you or seek advice. We are more than happy to take phone calls or emails from you while you are away, and give you current updates on how your pet is doing. It is very common for owners to be concerned about how their four-legged family member is settling in, therefore understand the importance of letting you know how they are going. Inspections of our facilities are welcomed, this way you are free to decide if Cottage Kennels and Cattery is the place for you and your pet. We conduct inspections between 11 am - 3 pm daily, excluding Sundays, school holidays and long weekends. We operate a pick-up and delivery service to provide owners with the ultimate in convenience. This service is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 6 am and 10 am. Please note, if a public holiday falls on one of these days, this service operates on a Wednesday also. Located 30 mins outside of Melbourne, near Eltham and Greensborough.
