This Victorian residence was built in the 1800's and has been renovated and re decorated throughout, yet retains some original features including some original Baltic pine floors.
It has a large bathroom, kitchen, three bedrooms, a lounge room and dining room. The laundry is located in the lockup garage. There is additional off street parking and a private back yard with outdoor setting and BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The cottage has electric heating throughout and a reverse cycle air conditioner has been recently included.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra cost. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge room
