The home has recently been renovated throughout and retains the original style of internal architecture. It features a separate, large north facing loungeroom, private dining room, three spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and laundry.
There are two new bathrooms (one ensuite). The kitchen contains a dishwasher, gas hot plates, electric oven, full size refrigerator, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Out side is a private fenced back yard with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities and off street under cover parking.

Your year round comfort is ensured with reverse cycle air conditioning, TV/DVD and stereo system. All linen is supplied and beds have doonas and electric blankets. Cot & High Chair can be supplied if required at no extra cost.
